PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Al is a barrister and a member of Lincoln's Inn.

He graduated in law from the University of Oxford, Jesus College.

He specialises in commercial law, judicial review, professional conduct and regulatory law.

He also has a diverse practice in general common law.

Al has successfully argued cases in the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, the European Court of Human Rights and across the full range of UK courts and tribunals.

  A judicial review challenge to the lawfulness of the Government’s designation of the State of Bangladesh as a "safe" country.
