How to find us

We are based in central London but globally mobile.

Please note that we do not accept service of court documents at our address without prior permission.

How to contract our services

Anyone may contact us to obtain a quotation for legal services. This includes members of the public (for guidance see Direct Access), solicitors and other qualified lawyers, professionals, and licensed access clients.

We would first have an introductory meeting or discussion over the phone. We do not charge for this meeting.

Please note that we will not provide any legal advice at this meeting. Instead, its purpose is to scope out what you need and what we can provide without any commitment.

Your enquiry and any information that you provide in the meeting will be treated as confidential. We can also enter into a non-disclosure agreement beforehand if required.

If you already know what services you are looking for then this would be the opportunity for you to present this to us.

We will run through some questions to understand how best we can help and then give you some options for services that we can provide.

Following the meeting we can provide a quotation and a draft contract for our services. The scope of our services will be clearly defined in the contract.

Fees

We can offer fixed fee, reimbursable (hourly rate) and mixed fee arrangements, depending on the nature of the work. Our fees will include VAT where applicable.

When assessing the appropriate level of fees, we take into consideration the amount of time required, the importance of the matter to all the parties, the complexity of the issues, the amount of documentation, the skill, effort, specialised knowledge and responsibility involved.

Timescales

There are various factors which might influence the timescales of the legal services that we provide. These include the availability of the barrister, the availability of the client, the complexity of the matter, the amount of documentation, the need for additional information, the approach taken by any other party involved in the matter, and court waiting times.

Accessibility

If you require information from our website in an alternative format for reasons of accessibility, for example in hard copy, please contact us to discuss your needs.
