The Ship Recycling (Facilities and Requirements for Hazardous Materials on Ships) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/1429) (accessible here).
as of 1 January 2021, the United Kingdom has retained the requirements of the EU Ship Recycling Regulation 1257/2013 (accessible here) within domestic legislation following its departure from the European Union.
